Manage and drive E-commerce growth for a prominent fashion brand in Japan, focusing on 3rd party marketplaces such as Zozotown and Rakuten. Description * Oversee day-to-day operations of 3rd party marketplaces, optimizing product strategies and promotional efforts. * Develop content and merchandising strategies aligned with brand positioning and customer preferences. * Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure marketplace strategies align with organizational objectives. * Cultivate strong relationships with marketplace partners, negotiating terms and maximizing brand visibility. * Analyze marketplace performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization. * Develop and implement comprehensive marketplace strategies to drive growth and expand market reach. Profile * Bachelor's degree required. * E-commerce management experience, with a focus on marketplace platforms. * Strong understanding of Japanese marketplace trends. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with proficiency in both Japanese and English. * Results-oriented with a focus on achieving business objectives.
