You will be in charge of sales planning for food and cosmetics stores (direct stores) in department stores nationwide at HACCI, an original brand that handles skincare and other beauty products using honey. [Specifics] - Planning sales budgets and strategies and implementing execution plans - Number management - Maintenance and management of store operations - Planning and production of sales promotion and tools (in cooperation with the design production department) - Planning, negotiations and management of events - Sales planning and HR-related reporting to department store personnel - Support for store staff - Planning and management of training and development (in cooperation with the HR department) [Organizational structure] Sales department: 3 people |
