Properly understand customer issues and resolve them quickly and effectively. 4. Address customer complaints and claims and provide appropriate solutions. 5. Accurately record customer information in the database and comply with privacy regulations. 6. Collect customer feedback and contribute to service improvement. 7. Continually study and improve knowledge of materials and manuals related to financial products and services. 8. Work with team members and other departments to promote efforts to improve customer satisfaction. 9. Follow instructions and training from team leaders and managers to carry out work. |
