Job Description	This position manages everything from calculating the materials required to set up exhibition and event booths, to creating construction schedules, and setting up and removing them at the exhibition venue. You will make arrangements to ensure that booths are set up and removed safely and on time, and set up the stage for the exhibition. [Work flow] ▼Taking over projects from sales Understand the details, schedule, venue, and scale of the event, and check the safety of the structure by looking at the drawings. It is also important to develop the ability to judge whether the work can be processed in the factory. ▼Design proposals You may also propose fixtures together with sales. For example, for a company that wants to know the trends of exhibitions, you will give advice from a professional perspective on booths and fixtures that will attract more customers, such as "This time, a 350cm wall would be more effective as an eye-catcher" or "Let's change the color from the booth next door." ▼Estimate and procurement of materials Enter the amount of materials required into the in-house system and calculate the overall budget. ▼Share material data with factory If you share the materials list with the factory, the factory will ship according to the delivery date. ▼Manual Creation We will make the necessary applications in accordance with the rules of the exhibition, and create a floor map of the venue together with the designer. We will also create a venue manual with work routes and how to set up materials, and share it with all parties involved. ▼On-site Attendance If necessary, we will be present on-site on the day to communicate with clients, confirm and give instructions regarding materials, and manage the progress of work by partner companies. We may also make adjustments after looking at the fixtures assembled by partner companies and the finished booth. ▼Removal After the event, we will remove the booth and return materials to their original state. We will also decide what to keep, such as panels, AV equipment, and novelties brought in by customers. We will hold frequent meetings both inside and outside the company, including remote meetings via tablet. We may also be responsible for on-site management of store interiors at commercial facilities.

Working Hours	9:00-18:00 (8 hours actual work) ■Overtime is about 17 hours per month on average. *During busy periods in March, May, August, and November, there is an average of 45 hours of overtime per month, but we hope to reduce this burden with this recruitment.

Salary	JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 3500K - JPY 6000K
Other Salary Description	Monthly salary 250,000 yen to 410,000 yen + various allowances + bonus twice a year Salary will be determined based on experience, age, ability, etc. The above amount includes fixed overtime pay of 30,000 yen or more for 20 hours per month. Any excess amount will be paid additionally. *The above amount includes a uniform regional allowance.

Job Contract Period	Appointment as full-time employee There is no trial period. You will be a contract employee for 3 months after joining the company. Salary and benefits will remain unchanged during this period. After the contract period ends, you will be hired as a full-time employee.
