| Job Description |
Oversee and coordinate a broad range of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networking, storage, and cloud services. Administer and optimize a variety of infrastructure technologies, with a strong emphasis on Windows Server environments, virtualization platforms like Hyper-V, application delivery controllers like Citrix, configuration management tools such as SCCM, directory services including Active Directory, and cloud solutions like AWS. Conduct regular assessments of the entire IT infrastructure's performance and stability, utilizing advanced monitoring tools and analytics to drive continuous improvement. Provide clear, timely communication to management regarding infrastructure status, incident management, and resolution tracking. Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive infrastructure documentation, ensuring all diagrams, operational standards, and procedures are up-to-date and accurate. Foster collaborative relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to infrastructure management and project execution. Deliver Level 2 technical support across the infrastructure spectrum, addressing and resolving complex issues that are escalated from first-level support or reported by end-users. Maintain open and consistent lines of communication with management and relevant stakeholders concerning technical challenges, infrastructure enhancements, and strategic issue escalation. |
