Job Description |
[Job Overview] Our company operates a major ramen chain with over 70 stores in Japan. We will open our first store in Hawaii in October 2022, and in order to accelerate our overseas store openings, we will entrust you with a wide range of tasks that arise in preparation for our overseas store openings. [Specific Job Contents] ■Negotiate with local real estate agents who are planning to open stores. ■Interact with local lawyers for visa application procedures from Japan. ■Interact with store design and design companies. ■Research and create materials for local properties. ■Work with PR/advertising companies to create local advertising materials. ■Assist with tasks related to store operation (interact with POS companies and delivery companies) ■Interact with accountants regarding the salaries of local employees. ■All other tasks toward the completion of the project. *There is a possibility that you will be required to go on a business trip to the local area with the president. *Due to interactions with Hawaii personnel, the base work will be full remote work from 8:00 to 17:30. *Many of the business partners are overseas personnel, so the skills to understand contracts and materials in English are essential. [Organizational Structure] The overseas sales team currently consists of two people. You will learn the work from an existing employee who is mainly involved in negotiating overseas store openings, and will proceed with store development with your main job of negotiating with real estate agents and designers. Most previous hires have no sales experience, so even those without sales experience can get used to the work with the support of existing employees. |

Working Hours |
9:00-18:30 (8.5 hours of actual work) *The annual holidays are 105 days at the store and 120 days at the head office, so in order to match the total working hours, the actual working hours will be 8.5 hours. |
Job Requirements |
