As a teammate, you will: Provide an experience that satisfies customers. Meet and exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) required by clients. We are looking for people who: Those who can work in shifts (night shift allowance will be provided). Call experience (preferable, but not required) Those who have high language ability, writing ability, and comprehension ability. Meets typing requirements (30WPM for voice and non-voice). Computer literate and able to use Windows OS, Apple OS X, MS Office, and Google applications. Possesses critical thinking skills with a focus on problem solving and customer satisfaction. Able to multitask and pay attention to details. Those who can act voluntarily and contribute to a global team that transcends departments. Flexible and able to respond quickly to frequent process and information changes. Able to work under pressure.
