As the Facility Manager you will be responsible for leading your team and manageing costs. you will be given a great deal of autonomy to perform the processes required to ensure that deadlines are met in time and in accordance with the aftreement.
* Effective management of your team on site including performance
* Providing duidance and advice on anuual expenditure and budgets
* Creating and presenting monthly reports
* Mainting up to date documentation and compliance
Work directly with the General Manager, AGM, and/or Chief Engineer to identify and accomplish all technical and/or skilled projects within the hotel.
* Scheduling department personnel to maintain 24-hour day coverage for preventative maintenance on building and equipment including external utilities such as water, power, gas, sewer, and also internal utilities, power systems and fire protection.
* Perform HVAC spring and winter inspections.
* Assist in HVAC unit repair projects.
