仕事内容 |
Emerge is looking for a desktop support Engineer to join the office move project. To prepare and build the new thin client device bundle (or workstations) in accordance with the Build Instructions To deploy the bundle / workstations on the user's desk according to pre-agreed layout To 'Lift & Shift’ of end user IT equipment between buildings To perform network connectivity test and to report any issues via the agreed support process To provide post deployment or move UAT and next business day support To support and mitigate hardware break fix and OS level rebuilt support To remove legacy devices, to quarantine and to post-process those devices To prepare and update inventory records of thin clients and legacy hardware Start date : March 2021 Duration : 4 months Customer Industry : Financial / Banking Working hours : 9-6pm The candidate is expected to work during Golden week holidays / weekends as needed. Applicable OT will be paid. Monthly Salary: 300,000 ~ 350,000 JPY |

Minimum 2 – 3 years Desktop support experience in a large corporate environment Willing to work during week ends / Golden week Experience in installing and configuring Windows 10 devices Good communication and reporting skills Strong team player with strong client focus Good analytical and problem-solving skills Proactive and flexible in accommodating stretched tasks Work effectively under minimum supervision Business level English Valid working Visa in Japan, currently living in Japan, Tokyo area. |
