仕事内容 The main Context
The Evolution & sustainability department acts as a catalyst for positive change across the
company. This is a driving force and facilitator to support all actors in embracing organizational

Job duties
I - In charge of Evolution deployment for Japan through the following activities.
A. Project Management : support the deployment of evolution 2.0 roadmap in providing
plans, monitoring of progress & schedules, ideas for improvement etc.
B. Employees’ engagement: foster internal communication (EN/JP translations, creation of newsletter, leading a pool of volunteers, organization of seminar & webinars, facilitation of working groups and ambassadors…) and participation in activities of various stakeholders
C. Operational deployment : directly deploy and manage transversal projects with various stakeholders

II - In charge of sustainability deployment for Japan through the following activities.

A. Contribute to adapt Global Sustainability Strategy to local context
a. Facilitate local ownership of the Corporate Commitments
b. Assess needs and build proper roadmaps
c. Support & logistics to the Critical friend meeting

B. Foster Capacity Building and Knowledge management
a. Contribute to Asia Training & workshop programs
b. Conduct in-house learning opportunities
c. Promote and contribute to WASABI (best practices)

C. Support monitoring and promotion of sustainability performance
a. Promote and contribute to the monitoring of Group’s commitments results’
b. Manage Biodiversity and Societal reportings for Japan
c. Update & promote the local impact leaflet
d. Contribute to Report/brochures

D. Enhance operational performance
a. Conduct SD assessment/reviews on sites
b. Manage the Biodiversity preservation plan and diagnosis
c. Support sites to develop sustainable practices (ex. incubation of start ups)
d. Contribute to the deployment of tools for operations

E. Relationship with local/external stakeholders
a. Contribute to the update or deployment of tools for BD
b. Promote GreenPath Key profile
Foreign-affiliated major environmental service company
勤務時間 09:00 ~ 17:45
Actual work 07 hours 45 minutes
Core time: 10:00 to 15:00
Flex can be used after 3 months trial period
応募条件 Personal skills
a. Japanese (native) and English speaker.
b. Multi-tasks and project management capabilities
c. Communication, interpersonal skills, team spirit
d. Persistence and self-confidence to foster innovative and disruptive projects
e. Autonomous and proactive.
f. Pragmatic and capable of working with operations at sites
g. data analysis skills is a plus

Education & preferable working experience:
a. License or Master Level (or any Japanese equivalent)
b. Engineer, environmental studies, sustainable marketing, project management, change management, operations

年収 日本・円 上限 600万円
