Support one or multiple business units as (Senior)/ HR manager in the full cycle of Human Resources processes. This is both a strategic and hands-on role. The role is critical in executing the people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement including but not limited to (HR Business Partnering) -Provide HR consulting support to managers and GM for all employee life cycles (Recruitment)
-Plan and implement the recruitment strategy with Talent Acquisition Manager (Employees relation)
-Make regular visit to different departments to understand the current situation.
-Carefully monitor the motivation of the staff and give advice to managers, GM and HRD, as the need arises.
-Give advice and support on labor issues to managers and GM.
-Participate in the coordination meeting of staff transfer, promotion etc. (Performance Appraisal)
-Prepare and conduct performance appraisal and salary review process.

-Native Japanese & Business English language fluency
-5 years+ as a HR generalist or HRBP
-Retail industry experience is a plus
