・ Minimum 2 years of experience within HR department as a Manager
・ 5+ years general HR experiences, such as: Payroll, Attendance management, Onboarding, Visa processing, Retirement process, Employee evaluation, HRIS (Project to create HR Database) etc.
・ HR academic background is highly preferred
・ Excellent knowledge of Japan labor law
・ Good communication skills facing different level of Stake holders
・ Strong Microsoft Office skills
・ Native level Japanese and business level English
