•Over 7+ years of total experience in IT industry.
•Must have excellent command on Japan language and should have verbal and writing skills.
•Must have hands on Experience in Microsoft Windows 2003\2008\2012 and 2016 Servers.
•Experience working on HP ProLiant, IBM Blade servers.
•Need strong technical skills to perform the root cause analyses. (Good to Have)
•Handling the installation, configuration & maintenance of servers.
•Knowledge of Patch Management process for all the Windows servers (Patching through SCCM will be an added advantage)
•Resolving OS vulnerabilities identified by IT Security team
•Responsible for preparing and representing Reporting of Wintel Infrastructure.
•Representing Wintel Team in Weekly and Monthly Infrastructure Client Meetings.
•Responsible for preparing the SOP’s and update them regularly.
•Preparing Knowledge Based Articles and uploading them to the KEDB Database.
