- Work with the Japan Country General Manager to harmonize policies and initiatives.
- Set the strategic plan for the USG business
- Lead the successful execution of the Strategic Plan, and develop and coach staffs to achieve their personal goals and business plans including long-term targets.
- Achieving the proper gross margin levels (P&L)
- Drive long-term growth initiatives in key business areas ( HVAC, fire protection, security, building management system ) to create new business.
- Continuously improve business operations and make changes to improve performance.
- Work with APAC marketing and local sales team to advance the Plan through promotional events, exhibitions, and tradeshows, etc.
leading and managing Japan Team assigned region within APAC, and driving the organization to meet or exceed its growth and profitability objectives.
The individual will lead sales team to deliver growth in sales, in addition to being responsible for strategies in management, business development, customer account management, product technical support, installation execution and service delivery.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, and/or equivalent experience.
- Project management or operation management including team management and direct sales experience for the business US Government contracting or US Army Corps, NAVFAC, or US Department of Defense contracting requirements or FAR/DFAR regulations
- Demonstrated organizational credibility in achievement of sales and profit plans for extended period of time.
- Prefer to have understanding of HVAC, Building Management Systems/DDC Controls, Fire detection, or Security.
- Good communication command of written and spoken English and Japanese
