Manage and grow accounts over the company
Use best practices to hit KPI, support campaigns and grow sales within main accounts
* Achieve sales and revenue KPIs for targeted accounts. Meet business financial goals and performance metrics within accounts
* Create new partnerships with main customers and create joint-business plan and execution.
* Lead a go-to-market plan to help customers to increase category share and maximize profits
* Monitor market data and POS in order to increase category growth/sales.
* Periodically, report market information to market intelligence and facilitate decision process
* Follow through the sales process by effective communication with various stakeholders and internal business units, such as marketing, sales administration, logistics and finance
* Solid Sales experience is a must
* Japanese and English Business Level
* IT and Digital Marketing experience
* Solid negotiation and influencing skills
* Hand-on and resilient sales oriented
* Skilled in Excel is a must
