Head of Sales opportunity
* Responsible for the overall management of all Sales activities.
* Ownership of the effective management and performance of the Hospitality Sales team, Hospitality Account Managers and Sales Support.
* Pastoral, legal and day to day leadership and management of employees based in the Region (direct and indirect reports)
* Direction and management of direct reports.
* Drives increased revenue and profit to achieve the financial goals, objectives, and budgets and oversee the delivery.
* Attains as a minimum Sales Targets and KPIs.
* Delivers customer excellence, increased contract renewal, and contract lifetime revenue generation
* Encourages and oversees business investment and promotes economic development within the region
* Maximize Customer Relation Management (CRM) and accurate forecasting by the effective and efficient adoption of processes and procedures.
* Plans and coordinates the implementation of business plans and the penetration of existing and new markets
* Ensures that all employees (direct and indirect) operate within the guidance of Corporate values and Implements the guidelines on a day-to-day basis.
* Ensures that management have the information necessary to perform their fiduciary duties and other governance responsibilities and provides accurate and timely information as required
* Bilingual Japanese and English
* Proven track record of managing Sales staff
