仕事内容 Reporting directly to the TA Specialist, this role will involve working directly with Hiring Managers to determine recruiting needs and devise the right approach to secure the best talent against defined criteria for the junior positions. It will be critical to utilise all sourcing channels, internal and external, to deliver good practice and high quality hires. The role will assist the TA Specialist in sourcing and managing the Talent Acquisition administration and co-ordination.

応募条件 KEY OUTCOMES

•Be a part of and assist the TA Specialist in structured briefing sessions to fully explore the context of recruiting assignments identifying key outcomes in role and the associated capabilities needed to deliver them to produce an RMM agreed with hiring managers.
•Assist recruiting projects to successful outcome through guiding and advising stakeholders in terms of available talent versus ideal candidates while providing responsive and efficient service
•Deliver recruitment for entry level roles by utilising a wide variety of sourcing channels, maximising networks, working efficiently and applying creative yet practical thinking to fully support the business on quality of process and candidate assessment
•Adhere to the systems and processes of the Talent Acquisition group including recording all recruiting workflow and documentation on Workday and submitting reporting data within given timelines
•Contribute to the continuous development of best practice in attraction and selection of talent at Kantar by sharing your knowledge and adapting new practices
•Undertake ad-hoc projects as required to deliver Talent Acquisition to Kantar
•Minimum 1 year Recruiting experience in a results driven in-house/ agency setting
•Fresh graduates are welcome if you possess the right aptitude and attitude
•Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication skills
•Some direct sourcing capability including Boolean search techniques and cold calling
