Act as Customer Service Representative to support Client Engagement Team (Sales Team)
* Perform sales coordination activities on daily logistics.
* Conduct sales administration related Reports, forecast entry etc.
* Align with Internal Teams and provide timely logistics support
* Conduct analysis of backlog, demand, supply, inventory
* Order Management i.e. Sample, Order entry, Backlog confirmation/Reschedule, Shipment expedite/notification, RMA
* Office Admin jobs
* Proficient in English & Japanese
* Experience in working as sales support
* Global working environment with few overtime
* Utilise English to communicate with global team
