Having Very good Functional Knowledge in BSS systems (Oracle BRM, Comverse Kenan, Ericson BSCS, Netcracker RBM Billing), OSM, Oracle ASAP, Siebel and Amdocs Cramer Hands-on experience in Telecom OSS/BSS E2E testing.

Experience includes Data Transformation, Data Analytics of OSS/BSS Systems, System Integration of various OSS/BSS Systems and Customization and configuration of various OSS/BSS products.

Having Worked Telecom Billing SME for different projects and Pre Sales Activities

Have worked extensively in Telecom BSS (BSCS, Kenan, RBM, BRM, Amdocs and Single view) Migration, System Integration, and Implementation and support projects. Have very good knowledge of operational and Support process.

Very Good Exposure to Cloud Billing, SAAS services in Telecom OSS/BSS domain, Microservices and IOT/M2M.

Depth Knowledge on Telecom E-TOM framework, SID, TNA Framework.

Adhere to ITIL Standards for support Projects

Oracle Certified Specialist F Have worked TOGAF framework for implementing enterprise architecture.

Demonstrated abilities in handling the complete projects; gained functional skills in analyzing the client requirements: translating new ideas into clients’ solutions including opportunity identification, requirements development, delivery, support & analysis and documentation.
