仕事内容 外資系・アパレルブランドが、ITサポートスペシャリスト (ミッドレベル) を募集しております。


①IT Management
- Installation/configuration/maintenance of their system, computers, software, printers, and internet and telephone lines
- Purchasing/installing/replacement of all equipment
- All IT activities related to stores’ new openings (installation of software and power boards, tiding up of cables, …)
- Creation of workflows
- Troubleshooting (Liaising with IT for all their system and software issues)
- IT support to all employees (including providing with IT training of new staff in shops and office)
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment

②Facility Maintenance Support Collaborating with Technical Department
- Support to maintain building systems
- Support to obtain a fire prevention manager licence: we need to have licenced person for each store when we open a store
- Participate in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations)
*Facility’ is including Shops and office.

応募条件 Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the field (IT helpdesk/Desktop support etc.)
- Retail industry experience not mandatory but a plus
- Technical knowledge of all building systems + POS related system (electrical, heating etc.) preferred

- In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
- Bachelor degree (Not mandatory but a plus)
- Japanese mother tongue/Native level, good level of English

- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
- Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage
- Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage

- Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication ability
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
