仕事内容 [Your Responsibility]
Lead our global and regional teams to achieve excellent after-sales service and technical support in order to exceed our increasing customer expectations. The role is responsible for positioning our company as a leader in providing reliable after-sales service so that our customers can interact with us easily.

[Your Duties]
- Create after-sales service policies, guidelines, processes, procedures and playbook to be deployed across our regional service teams.
- Define and deploy standard supporting tools to enable after-sales service processes and procedures.
- Establish after-sales service feedback mechanisms into our global quality and global engineering departments.
- Minimise downtime and costs for customers through fast and accurate after-sales service provided at a minimum cost.
- Establish annual targeted results, objectives and activities to be done with measurable global KPIs across our service function.
- Work closely with analytics teams to define data analysis needs and create customer insights from our after-sales service activities.
- Report progress, achievements and continues improvement road-maps into our leadership team.

応募条件 [Required Skills & Experiences]
- Bachelor's degree
- More than 10 years of experience in technical and customer service (service engineer) with HVAC/Air conditioning, or Strong customer focus with a passion for the customer experience and customer success.
- Strategic thinking
- After sales experience
- Management experience
