【WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING】
You will be the first one coordinating the local HR activities and your main responsibility will be building up the local HR function in Japan with focus on retail recruitment.
・Setting the structures and processes needed to make sure we're able to attract and retain the right people.
・Be responsible for the entire HR area for your local market including recruitment, creating policies and procedures and handling administration.
We want you to come in and take ownership of your area. This role requires taking initiative, working independently as well as being a strong team player. You will get to be a part of the Regional HR team, with the HR Manager APAC based in Hong Kong, but you will report to General Manager in Tokyo.

【About Tokyo office】
40% of the employees are foreigners and 60% of the employees are Japanese.
All employees are bilinguals, so we welcome someone with an international background. You will be the only HR in Japan, so if you want to take part of expanding our business in Japan, this is a great chance!
◆Minimum 2 years’ work experience from HR or Talent Acquisition
◆Great communication skills, both written and spoken English, fluency in Japanese
◆Experience from retail and/or fast-moving growth companies
◆Good knowledge of local labor law and the on-boarding process
◆Experience of driving projects
