仕事内容 ● Deliver a professional and consultative TA service to hiring managers, promoting diversity and equal opportunity always and providing support and coaching where required.
● Support the Resource Planning process for specific regions/lines of business as required.
● Using direct sourcing approach for all vacancies through a variety of channels such as cold poaching, Boolean search, advertisement, etc. and proactively building talent pools for future requirements in key skills areas.
● Ensure TA processes for open roles are implemented consistently, efficiently and cost-effectively in accordance with the organisation's policies and standards.
● Develop appropriate selection interview questions in line with company's competency framework in collaboration with the hiring manager so that interviews are conducted professionally and equitably.
● Provide updates on Talent Acquisition progress and determine needs.
● Ensure completion of all documentation as per the Talent Acquisition standards and processes.
● Keep candidates informed of the progress, next steps and provide timely feedback on their application.
● Communicate with and update hiring managers throughout all stages of the Talent Acquisition process.
● Support TA Director in any assigned administrative support.

勤務時間 9:30~18:30(実働8時間)
応募条件 【MUST】
● Degree with hands-on pro-active cold poach experience from search firm/ recruitment agencies performing the role as a researcher will be advantageous.
● Experience in recruiting for Japanese-speaking talent for Japan market is a must.
● Ability to communicate (speak and write) in business Japanese and strong English communication skill is a must.
● Experienced in dealing with complex processes / systems inc complex TA processes, Pre-employment screening etc.
● Advanced interview and selection skills.
● Strong relationship management skills.
● Extremely strong proactive sourcing skills for talent in the Asia Pacific market, especially in Japan preferred.
● Ability to work well within a team & manage multiple tasks from immediate and remote team members.
● Good knowledge of key employment law principles related to TA activity.
● Good knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices, particularly relating to the candidate experience and Employer Brand.
