This American venture capital firm with history of more than 20 years in Japan is a part of one of the biggest financial services group company. They work closely with their sister company in US to develop strong portfolio in competitive Japan market, been very successful.
Your new role
As a Group Assistant, you will be responsible for administrative duties including facility management, expenses and invoice handling, visitors support as well as scheduling and meeting coordination. You will be involved in event management, documentation and preparing meeting materials and agenda.
What you'll need to succeed
You need to have at least 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or team assistant. Similar experience in professional services or financial firms are highly welcomed. You should be able to handle various duties at the same time in a fast paced environment. Native Japanese and business English communication skills are necessary.
What you'll get in return
This is a direct contract position with high potential to become permanent in the near future, you will be working at the central Tokyo in highly international environment.
