Your new role
You will work as a Sales Assistant in one of their divisions, mainly support head of the division and his/her team members. Main responsibilities include sales reports and meeting materials preparation, meeting and conference call arrangement, expenses and invoice management, and adhoc office support.
What you'll need to succeed
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a sales assistant, administrative assistant, or group assistant in real estate or financial services industry.
• Strong PC skills, especially MS Office
• Native Japanese, business English
• Flexible and proactive
