仕事内容 · Create positive relationships with Hotels

· Liaise with Hotels to confirm pricing and available of rooms for distribution

· Confirm customers reservations with hotels

· Receive hotels confirmations and add to system(s) and communicate as required

· Communicate cancellations or booking changes with hotels

· Be the key point of contact for special requests related to bookings

· Make pricing requests for adhoc services, unique requests, large groups, or last minute bookings

· Check pricing and available on other sites and ensure that pricing provided to the company is in line with competitors offers

· Resolve all issues impacting or involving the hotel

· Be the central point for complaints resolution between hotel and guest

· Facilitate enquiries of all types for B2B business with the hotel

· Update B2B customer website extranets with information on pricing and availability as required

· Ability to lead and take responsibility for a small team of Account Managers

応募条件 · A successful track record of working with hotels

· An understanding of reservations and dynamic pricing of hotels

· Attention to detail and ability to check own work diligently

· Passionate about the travel and hospitality business, and willingness to visit hotel customers if required

· Must speak and write Japanese fluently, and communicate confidently in English.

· Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
