Manager must work closely with established account teams and segment teams to facilitate their success by opening doors to new programs at the OEM level.
* A deep understanding of applications and a solid knowledge of ETP materials
* Need to cover the whole value chain, molder/customer, enduser, and the all buying influencers.
* Needs to communicate intensively with colleagues in Asia, Europe and the US.
* Be able to operate within a matrix organisation.
* Maximise successful projects by screening potential upfront to fit with DEP technology portfolio.
* Identify stakeholders in value chain and convince them about our value proposal
Manage both short term sales and mid-long term PTO development funnel.
Coordinate and optimise at an account level: manage diversity of disciplines and contacts, resources.
* Knowledge of Automotive industries and markets
* Familiar with OEM part approval process and requirements.
* Business level written English and Japanese.
* Provide for personal growth and career development in very agile environment.
