仕事内容 The Technical Account Lead is responsible for delivering the data workplan to ensure the delivery of a data solution that is fit for purpose to support the business growth of the clients assigned. Do this through managing the relationship with our client IT/data contacts and our internal client teams, including our Global Products & Services.

•Lead data exploration assessment and audit with client IT to fully understand client data/ systems and plan data required to support the engagement.
•Serve as subject matter expert answering complex and challenging data related inquiries from both internal and client stakeholders. 
•Use data expertise to articulate and recommend the best options to outline the data roadmap and resolve data issues/problems.
•Support the Data Consultant Director by participating in Data roadmap discussions with GP&S team to ensure client’s highest priority needs are incorporated into future infrastructure plans.
•Leads the documentation and presentation of data requirements to a wider group, including the client, to gain commitment to roadmap/delivery plans.
•Create and manage service provision, Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and data issues with client data providers, including acting as an escalation point to ensure swift issue resolution (in conjunction with the data management team).
•Work with dunnhumby client leadership and analysis teams to understand proposed scope of work to ensure dh data solution and client IT are able to meet requirements.
•Challenge dunnhumby data solution and work with client IT departments to evolve capability to deliver innovative data solutions that continuously meet changing business requirements.
