* Provide general customer support services, including explanation of how to use and function of the application and services, report bug, event relation, support problem solving.
* Interact with Taiwan based team for problem solving and business development.
* Handling and reporting to related department concerning bugs and services.
* develop leadership and management skills to be responsible for the company operation, business development and other field.
* Adjustable time schedule (Shift work will be required)
* Person with either Japanese and Chinese language skills will be ideal.
* Interest in live streaming, entertainment or online social media services.
* Ability to point out problem and provide solution accurately.
* Personality with high adaptability, social skills and positive mindset.
* Always motivated and have the will to grow
