Maintain existing cusotmer base and develop business with new customers to ensure growth of the company in Japan.
Support and assist the General Manager by acting as his right hand in developing successful business, liaise with customers local and regional offices as well as with HQ to deliver quality to the customers and profitability to the company.
To support General Manager in Japan
Develop new business and introduce company's product into Japanese market
Communicate with Engineers locally and regionally
Promote and sell company's product to existing customers and new customers
Handle sales strategies and sales planning
Work closely with relevant parties
Relevant automotive or semiconductor sales experience
Independent mindset and very proactive personality
Strong analytic mindset
Ability to develop new business
Driven, motivated and resilient mind
Cultural sensitivity and understanding of both foreign and Japanese cultures
