仕事内容 Working alongside the respective city and centre teams, you will strive to achieve the mission of facilitating the growth of ambitious businesses through high-end service, seamlessly operated workspaces, unparalleled insights from a global member network and experiences.


Description

Community Management & Events

* Communicate with local market teams and members to ensure highest level of member satisfaction.
* Develop community initiatives designed to create connections between members, including member introductions, overseeing events, electronic and print communications, and building walkthroughs.
* Oversee events to ensure there is a good balance of educational, lifestyle, member appreciation, and sales-related events
* Proactively engage members to discover and discuss members' objectives, i.e. using member service request as an opportunity to learn more about member, member's business and any other needs member may have. Identify opportunities and act on them to connect members.
* Design and implement guidelines and best practices for both online and offline communities to optimize member experience. Exercise discretion in guiding prospective members, including possibly gatekeeping where business may not be in the interests of the greater community.
* Work closely with operation managers to resolve member complaints regarding other members through neutral fact investigation
* Moderate and facilitate online forum by posting relevant industry content, participating in conversations with forum members, and managing negative comments/complaints in a respectful manner that reflects the company's value system.
* Manage onboarding and orientation for all our new members
* Explain policies and procedures to members, including but not limited to: membership agreement and billing procedures at initial client check in.
* Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports on the community and identify areas for improvement
* Attend local industry, business and public events as brand ambassador.
* Create public events and programs to expand the Community bring in potential clients and partners.

Internal

* Develops rapport and professional business relationships with fellow colleagues and stakeholders
* Review daily reports and work with team to finalize weekly and monthly reports that outline community and sales progress.


Profile

* Native level of Japanese. High business level of English.
* Minimum 5 years of Event management, customer service experience

* Passion and understanding for entrepreneurial/ business communities

* Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

* Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy
* Outgoing personality - CMs are required to walk into networking events and be comfortable introducing themselves and others to clients and guests
* Writing skills - a background in journalism or experience with writing is a plus since CMs create significant content for the internal social media platform.
* Social media experience - experience with social media tools.
