仕事内容 This role is for Strategic Planning and will involve both sales and marketing with a focus on expanding channels within the Japan market. Reporting directly to the GM, you will effectively be her right hand.


Description

* Intended to be the face of the company to identify strategic accounts to continue to build on and develop the long-term customer relationship
* Customer expert and manager of the relationship with the Top Customer. Responsible for maintaining a macro view of the customer relationship and works cross-functionally to maximise the most effective outcomes
* Work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure internal team members understand and effectively execute against the customer strategy
* Acts in the best interests of looking for areas of mutual interest to the company and the Strategic Account. Responsible for predictive and responsive opportunities to co-develop solutions with the Strategic Account.
* Proactively identifies challenges to effective customer interactions and ensures that the right internal mechanisms are in place to overcome or mitigate them
* Identifies customer's issues, concerns and priorities
* Builds deep and broad engagements within the Strategic Account's organisation and develops an understanding of their key priorities, structure and business environment
* Develops a customer strategy and customer business plan based on the priorities and opportunities in areas of mutual interest identified with the Strategic Account
* Accountable for ensuring a broad, superior customer experience in the Strategic Account's interactions and collaboration through coordination with all stakeholders driving the experience


Profile

* B.A. or B.S. degree or MBA combination of experience and education required
* A minimum of 7 years of sales and marketing experience
* Key and/or Strategic Account Management experience preferred

* A thorough understanding of the private health care sector
* Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding business results
* Strong analytic and critical thinking skills
* Strong business acumen and self-starter
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities, listening and adaptability skills
* Strong presentation and communication skills
* Proven ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally within the company
* Ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders both with customers & internally
* Candidate must be fluent in English and LOCAL LANGUAGE. Both verbal and written
* Highly collaborative with a customer-centric mindset
* Able to travel up to 50% of the time
