仕事内容 |
A global software and IT security company is urgently seeking an experienced, bilingual technical support engineer with a background in Linux, Windows, scripting and a strong customer service/support mindset. The successful candidate will support large partners/resellers & end user clients of the company's well・established Enterprise class security software. (Endpoint Security/ Media & Disk encryption etc) 【Responsibilities】 ‐ Provide Technical Support (Japanese) via chat, phone and email to customers and partners ‐ Provide assistance with configuration, troubleshooting and best practices to customers and partners ‐ Managing support service requests to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow up are done in a timely manner ‐ Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues ‐ Communicate with R&D and Escalation team for solving technical issues |

応募条件 |
‐ Technical Support/ Integration/ Technical Account Management experience ‐ Experience with Endpoint Security products and Active Directory, PostgreSQL ‐ Experience with Windows/ Linux environments ‐ Scripting/ code knowledge is an advantage ‐ Ability to handle stressful work environment ‐ Self・sufficient and autonomous learning ‐ Motivated to provide excellent customer service ‐ Support of international customers (preferred) |
