■ As Regional Account Manager you will oversee the entire Sales Activities for Japan
■ Build overall sales strategies for the region and execute them to your team

■ University's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Software Engineering
■ 8+ yrs. proven track record in IT Software Sales, Direct Sales
■ Knowledge of Software implementation of large scale systems
■ Experience dealing with clients in Manufacturing, Chemical, Energy and Process Industry
■ 5+ yrs. of experience in Team Management
