TA Manager for a Top Medical Firm!


Your new company
Our client is one of the largest medical device firms in the world, with renowned treatments for chronic disease management, musculoskeletal therapies, and surgical instruments. Their Japan office is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment at their Center of Excellence, reporting directly to the APAC TA Manager in Singapore.


Your new role
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for:
-Managing the recruitment process including consulting for hiring managers, sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding.
-Managing and developing TA team members through close supervision, help and advice, and coaching or delegation
-Developing and implementing Talent Acquisition strategies for Japan in alignment with APAC to address business staffing needs
-Directly leading the process for all executive level hiring
-Coordinating the hiring and recruiting processes (e.g.: testing, background checks, transfers) as per need
-Utilize metrics and analytics to report the effectiveness of and progress in the talent acquisition process to stakeholders and adjust strategies accordingly.


What you'll need to succeed
-10 years experience in Talent Acquisition/HR Generalist positions and/or senior recruitment specialist positions
-Demonstrated experience working in multinational, complex matrix organizations
-Demonstrated experience in using data-based HR strategy to drive organizational change
-A track record of success in participation and execution of Talent Acquisition strategies
-Demonstrated experience in screening, recruitment, or related talent acquisition activities
-A proficiency in Business English and Native Japanese
