Ahead Consulting is seeking a IT Help Desk Support to join our partner in the Financial Technology industry. You will take a hands-on role in providing support and maintenance of the end user environment by analyzing requirements and resolving problems. You will be responsible for administration and support of the company’s computers, mobile devices, and related equipment. Tasks include end user support, asset management, license tracking, and performing computer maintenance, upgrades and configurations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide help desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.
Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the Office IT Support Desk.
Manage computer setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software.
Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.
Modify configurations, utilities, software, default settings, etc. for devices.
Manage users, systems, application, and policies within directory services.
Maintain hardware and software inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses.
Assist with on-boarding of new users.
High school diploma or equivalent
Business Japanese and Conversational English
1 - 2 years of relevant technical experience
MacOS, Windows, and Linux skills
Google Apps / G Suite
Microsoft Office / Office365
Atlassian Jira / Confluence / Jira Service Desk
Experience about some scripts like VB
Experience and knowledge about network and server configuration
