仕事内容 As Customer Service Staff you will be responsible for all inquiries regarding broken products / repairs. Your main contacts will be boutique staff and wholesalers.


Description

Inquiries

* You will be in touch with Boutique staff and wholesalers by phone and email correspondence
* You are the main contact person for repairs and coordinate with sales
* Inquiries will be about repairs, delivery, deadlines, ...
* Communication with staff in EU headquarters

Delivery control

* Check status of delivery in Japan and overseas

Training

* Give training to Boutique staff concerning repairs


Profile

* You have experience as boutique staff and want to start a back-office position OR you have repair customer service experience
* You have high communication skills
* You are able to use Word and Excel
* You have interest in the luxury industry


Job Offer

Salary + bonus

Monday to Friday - no shift work
