仕事内容 【Key Responsibilities】
– Ensure in-depth understanding and knowledge of the Client business
– Help subordinates and provide on-ground support with media queries/client requirements
– Expand and cultivate a network of media and influencer relationships: Media meetings and familiarity with publications to build relationships for Emirates
– Media monitoring of newspapers/ magazines on direct coverage post press release dissemination or story opportunities
– Demonstrates proficiency in writing or speaking basic translation of Japanese to English and vice-versa to support the team
– Local insights support of Japan
– Actively listens and engages with team members/ Emirate partners during meetings or brainstorm sessions
– Proficient in conducting media briefings for interviews or story pitching
– Provide support for the coverage report and activity report which goes out to the Client every Thursday and share the same with the local team every Friday (The coverage and activity report will be drafted by the regional team)

– Experience of delivering impactful PR campaigns from inception through to delivery
– A thorough understanding of the value and importance of PR in the overall communications/marketing mix
– Strong presentation skills, presenting effectively without use of notes
– High level of writing skills and ability to adapt style for different audiences
– Excellent publicity skills, a strong understanding of the media, editorial requirements and what makes a story
– Ability to demonstrate creativity and innovative thinking
– Ability to build relationships internally and externally, at all levels
– Ability to work to deadlines
– Strong organisational and time management skills
– A self starter, demonstrates the ability to work independently, whilst maintaining team role
– Strong administrative and project management skills
– Professional demeanour, sets a strong example to junior members of the team
– Strong financial and commercial awareness
