仕事内容 As Fashion & Luxury eCommerce Customer Service, you will be responsible for all the customer inquiries.


Description

Online Customer service support related to 'Post-sales' order issues

* Closing the order with the system to get ready to pick/pack/ship t he order
* Provide online customer service support
* Manage 'post-sale' related order issues: e.g. exchanges, claims, complaints, special requests, ...
* Manage customer inquiries and complaints via phone and mail
* Authorize store-to-store transfer
* Follow-up with delivery issues

Online Customer service support related to 'Pre-sales' activity

* Help facilitate sales as an online shopper by interacting with online clients
* Assist customers with 'pre-sales' related order issues, as necessary
* Assists to purchase via phone
* Answer non-product inquiries

Additional Luxury Services

* Personalization Services: contacting and arranging to customers and warehouse
* Exchange and return: handling customers and provide good service
* Customers survey follow ups

Update product information & client feedback

* Collecting & assembling product information
* Conduct fit sessions
* Attend pre-season manager meeting training on merchandise


Profile

* You have 3+ years experience in customer service or retail/sales (preferably in luxury industry)
* You have a native level of Japanese and good English skills
* You are able multi-task with MS Office
* You are a team player
* You have a strong interest in online shopping, luxury and fashion
