Our industry leading client is looking for a capable Sales Manager to lead one of their biggest divisions in their Japan office. The role is required to work closely with top management in Japan and globally and communicate strategies and plans to their team.
* Manage profit and loss for the division
* Execute and prioritise business/sales actions.
* Lead arrangements to execute the strategies as necessary.
* Act as designated senior interface to customers/internal stakeholders.
* Maintain good customer satisfaction rate and always look for the improvement.
* Contribution for budget planning including but not limited to financial/head count.
* People/talent management.
* Experience with dealing/coordinating/negotiating with global headquarters.
* Knowledge and experience dealing with industrial customers.
* Previous background of management and leading subordinates.
* Familiarity with government procurement procedure preferred.
* Excellent communication skill in Japanese and English.
* Equipped with self-motivated, result oriented mind-set.
