The Business Development Director will hold sole responsibility for the company's partner network driving and diversifying customers base, with the end goal to increase revenue and profitability.
* Prospect, identify, and recruit new partners.
* Open new accounts and expand current partnerships at a senior management level.
* Nurture partner relationships, developing mutual performance objectives.
* Work with marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and sales promotional activities to stimulate growth.
* Strong understanding of the market and competitor activity.
* Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives for new and assigned partner accounts.
* Closely coordinate with company executives as appropriate.
* 8 year's business experience in a competitive Business Development role.
* A successful track record selling to Channel Partners.
* Proven track record in expanding accounts and growing sales.
* An excellent communicator with strong presentation skills.
* Highly organised and sales focused.
* Sales plan development and execution.
* English and Japanese language.
Full autonomy to build business and develop strong and successful business in Japan
