This position provides telemarketing assistance to Data Recovery Services Business Development Representatives in their revenue-generating activities. You will make outbound telemarketing calls to customers and partners that have done business with us in the past. You will also follow up on those calls via written and verbal communication including inbound and outbound phone calls and email.
* Provide outbound telemarketing support through customer interaction via phone and/or email, nurture the leads then engage the appropriate Business Development manager/Data Services Sales representative as the lead progresses through the sales funnel.
* Document all activity in Salesforce.com and assist with report generation as requested.
* Customer Satisfaction: Act as a facilitator between customers, Business Development and possibly Technical Support to resolve customer requests. Ensure that satisfaction metrics meet or exceed established goals.
* Customer Support: Provide prompt, courteous and knowledgeable support to our customers.
* Any inside sales or customer service experience is a plus, especially with a technology organization
* Ability to learn and explain technology services and/or software product features
* Ability to quickly gain knowledge of company's portfolio of product and service offerings
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Organized and self-motivated individual with proven capability of managing multiple tasks
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
