We are looking for a Records Manager to deliver RMT (Records Management Team) support to the Japan office. This role will also help support the growth of our brand, history and values within Japan.
■Approve all records claims by accurately verifying the evidence sent in, printing and sending out the certificates.
■Respond to claimants queries through our records management system in a professional and timely manner.
■Take ownership of specific projects based on record processing and the provision of record related information such as Live events , TV, PR.
■Research new record categories and write suitable guidelines for the attempts.
■Support TV productions, researching appropriate content, and suggesting record holders.
■Liaise with PR/Marketing about claims with a specific PR value.
■Communicate with TV/PR/EDITORIAL regarding high value content.
■Liaise with Commercial to suggest possible record ideas suitable for adjudication events or marketing campaigns

|勤務時間||Working/Break Time: 9:30 - 18:00 (Break time 1-hour flextime)|
■Undergraduate degree level or equivalent
■Minimum 3- year relevant work experience
■Advanced written and spoken English skills
■Background in PR agency and event management
■Experience in customer service, with the general public and business to business
■Research work experience such as market research, TV program research, pre-sales, sale plan & sales promotion
■Good communication skills, externally and internally
■Good telephone manner, showing patience towards claimants
■High attention to detail
■Experience with database functionality
