仕事内容 The Manager, Public Affairs is responsible for identifying opportunities, developing strategy and managing the execution of internal and external corporate public relations program to protect and enhance the Company reputation as well as employee engagement in order to contribute to continuous business growth with Patient Centric mindset.


Description

Major Responsibilities:

* Protect and enhance the Company reputation and contribute to continuous business growth
* Increase employee engagement and contribute to retain excellent talents working with HR
* Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures
* Establish corporate brand positioning in Japan, both externally and internally
* Ensure that assigned projects have a clear strategies and roadmap on how it will develop a communications capability, aligned with Area and Affiliate strategy
* Plan communications strategy to implementation tactics, communicate clearly and allocate responsibilities to cross functional team members as instructed by the supervisor
* Take an initiative in external communications like press release, media interview and press event in alignment with Global and Area Communications members.
* Take an initiative in internal communication like All Employee Meeting, Town Hall Meeting, Executive Communication, and many others


Profile

Essential Skills & Abilities:

* Public Affairs experience, skill and creativity
* Strong leadership and self-motivation
* Strong commitment to expected outcome
* Excellent team player
* Ability to drive for results and translate strategy into flawless execution
* Ability to manage activities across a multi-disciplinary teams to achieve targets
* Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently.
* Knowledge of the media, advocacy, the healthcare and pharmaceutical environment
* English & Japanese skills: Reading, Writing and Speaking - Fluency Required
* People and agency management skill
* Preference for an individual with Healthcare PR, Communication experience
