仕事内容 Our client is looking for a help desk postion and supporting for infrastructure and application.


Description

Your role will include but not limited to the following day-to-day responsibilities:

* Work with business professionals, Product analysts, and other partners to understand and reproduce reported technical issues and perform diagnostic analysis
* Collaborate with business and technical teams on software fixes, and planning - finding solutions that minimize business impact and drive rapid restoration of service
* Participate in disaster recovery planning and exercises
* Provide support for infrastructure and application changes
* Member of a rotating after hours on-call team
* Recommend tools and process to streamline incident management process


Profile

If you meet most of the following criteria, then you are probably a very good fit for the role:

* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite with a focus on excel. Proficient in Outlook/Exchange (Win 7)
* Hardware support including but not limited to audio & video support, desktops, laptops (Microsoft and Apple), Blackberry, iPhone, iPad, phone and related peripherals
* Market data applications experience such as: Bloomberg, FactSet, etc
* Good understanding of network concepts and internet/web technologies
