仕事内容 Our client is looking for a help desk to troubleshoot and communicate with customer in US. You will not need to speak Japanese, but higher business level of English.


Description

Your role will include but not limited to the following day-to-day responsibilities:

* Liaise with internal clients and end-users to determine the nature of problems

* Investigating, diagnosing and resolving applications problems from a non-development perspective

* Software/hardware trouble-shoots, updates and upgrade in PC and/or servers environment

* Maintain server/desktop compliance as it pertains to security patches, software licensing etc

* Perform daily routine tasks in setting up and maintaining IT operation. E.g. IT Infrastructure (LAN, WAN), system checking, backup and report generation


Profile

If you meet most of the following criteria, then you are probably a very good fit for the role:

* Troubleshooting skills

* Extensive knowledge of MS Office

* Enthusiastic, good interpersonal skill and be a good team player

* You will be able to work independently
