· Fully qualified sales account managers who have advanced beyond the entry level.
· Individuals may have their own accounts, or work on a team.
· Typically responsible for medium-sized accounts, or have a medium-sized quota/territory. .
· Co-ordinate and execute account plans and strategy
· Identify, qualify and execute the sales process.
· Effectively engages sales resources: SE, Channel, ISO and Solutions sales teams
· Meeting Sales Quota

Receives general supervision and detailed instruction on new projects. Uses judgment and policies to reach solutions. Understands all company practices and interfaces with many management levels. Viewed as a technical resource internally
Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments under general supervision. Follows established directions. Work is reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacy.
