He/She will be expected to assist Senior HRBPs with a broad range of responsibilities:
* Recruitment: preparing job specs, explaining recruiting processes, liaise with the recruiting team, vendors and candidates until the joiner starts in the assigned position.
* Compensation and Benefits: support year end compensation process, and annual cycle for promotion.
* Training and Development: partner with Senior HRBP to create specific training sessions.
* Performance Management: support annual cycle for performance management.
* Fluent in English and Japanese
* High adaptability and capacity to multitask
* PowerPoint and Excel skills
* Self-starter and proactive
* Strong team player and a good collaborator
* Central Tokyo location
