* Partner with the team to create and develop the learning content
* Identify potential open source to meet learning needs
* Deliver training to the manager levels
* Ensure all the training documents are in the proper standards
* Years of L&D experience is must
* Business English and Japanese
* Knowledge of other HR functions is preferred
