Exciting opening for a bright, motivated team player to join a growing practice as a salesperson within their office. The position will collaborate closely with all our teams and management.

Roles & Responsibilities
You will join the real estate sales team in the Tokyo office.
Build and manage relationships with potential buyers in Japan and overseas.
Collaboration with company, sales & marketing leadership on brand initiatives and project marketing campaigns to facilitate coordination & execution as directed;
Support the delivery of events and campaign launches with sales & marketing directors/leaders, assisting with managing logistics, and ensuring relevant, engaging and structured delivery for events, campaigns & initiatives;
Participate in and coordinate planning/outcomes of weekly production meetings with design teams;
Support internal communications and client relations including deployment and feedback loops;
facilitating prompt and accurate communications between accounting & external vendors;
Maintenance of contact databases;
Performing other duties as required.
Experience / Skills Required
3 years work experience in real estate sales
· Experience handling purchase agreement (売買契約)
· Has the experience to sell the condominiums to the buyers from overseas
· Well organized, process-oriented and proactive approach
· Posses Takken license
· Native Japanese and Business level English
· Positive attitude
· Self-starter with the aptitude to make decisions and recommendations based on analysis and intention
Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness is required
Proven administrative skills, eye for design and attention to detail result in high-quality work amidst critical deadlines.
